How to choose the right AiJoy kit
-
Check target audience fit
Verify that the kit matches your skill level and age group. The AiJoy ADD15 lists beginners, adults, and kids as its target audience. This makes it a versatile choice for household use. The AiJoy E-10001 targets beginners and adults. It excludes kids from its listed audience. Choose the model that explicitly includes your demographic. This ensures the included accessories and pad sensitivity suit your needs. Always check the manufacturer's stated audience before buying.

Compare pad count needs
Determine how many drum pads you need for your practice routine. The AiJoy ADD15 features four pads. This compact count suits players who want a smaller footprint. The AiJoy ADD15 mentions USB connectivity for recording. Both options support digital recording. However, the E-10001 provides dedicated MIDI ports. Choose the kit with the connectivity that matches your studio setup. Ensure your computer has the required ports for seamless operation.
-
Review included accessories
Check what comes in the box to avoid extra purchases. Both the AiJoy ADD15 and the AiJoy E-10001 include sticks. This is a standard inclusion for most kits. The E-10001 is noted for its full accessory bundle. Having sticks included means you can start playing immediately. Verify if other items like pedals or stands are listed. A complete bundle offers better value. Always read the included accessories section carefully before purchasing.
-
Assess physical dimensions
Measure your available space against the kit's specifications. The AiJoy ADD15 measures 31.5 inches wide and 47.2 inches long. The AiJoy E-10001 shares these exact dimensions. Both kits have a height of 43.3 inches. The E-10001 weighs 37.5 pounds. Ensure your room can accommodate this footprint. The similar sizes suggest comparable storage needs. Measure your desk or floor space to ensure a proper fit. Compact dimensions are ideal for small apartments.
